Geocell Ultrasonic Welding
Complete geocell production line: HDPE extrusion + ultrasonic welding. 16 heads weld 8m wide. From pellets to finished panels in one automated process. Cell height and thickness customizable.

Injection-Molded Locking Nodes
The next generation: mechanical locking + plastic injection replaces welding entirely. Node strength independent of material weldability. Opens PET, aramid, basalt, and hybrid geogrids to mass production.
